COURSE PRESENTATION
You will learn the basic legal vocabulary regarding litigation. You will gain a deeper understanding of the words you are learning while improving your public speaking skills through the oral presentation of a case brief.
A lot of writing and research is involved in studying law and making case briefs is just one of them.
Reading and understanding information regarding cases is very different from other kinds of academic reading. With the case brief you will be holding the most important details regarding the case in your hands and you will also have a better understanding of what you have read. It will help you put the cases in context with other written material you need to study. Therefore making a brief is really useful and beneficial. It basically aids in your studies and helps you learn a lot better.
