BUSINESS MEETING (or so): For this exam, you will be in groups of students (you may tell me who will be with whom the week before the exam - if I have no news from you, you will be randomly appointed to a group of students) and will have to debate about a financial decision. You will have to argue and counter argue/ answer - react to what is said/ proposed around the table. You must, at the end of the meeting, have reached a decision, the best decision for the sound financial health of the company/ clients.
In each group, you will have a chair and 4 managers/ employees of the company/ companies. The chair will have to run the meeting (set the agenda, give the floor to the people attending the meeting, wrapping up things at the end)
The meetings will last 25 minutes (goups of 5 students) or 20 minutes (goups of 4 students) or 15 minutes (group of 3 students) = 5 minutes/ student
You will be graded on: English grammar-vocabulary/ communication skills (reacting - arguing - counter arguing - agreeing - disagreeing)
