House value prediction with Neural Networks (regression)

In this problem, you are given a dataset containing average house values in different Boston suburbs, together with the suburb characteristics ( proportion of owner-occupied units built prior to 1940, index of accessibility to radial highways, ...)
Your task is to build a neural network model and train it in order to predict the average house value on each suburb.
Download and unzip the attached folder.
Within the folder find the "BostonHousingValue.jl" file where detailed instructions and a skeleton of the solution is provided.
Edit that file with your own code and please upload it here when you are done.
